Job Description:

As a resident concierge in a residential property, the candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the occupants of the property in different ranges of services, including upkeep, maintenance, security and emergency situations in promoting management of property operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Receive and process resident requests regarding repairs, services and other concerns and establish a timeline for completing repairs, if necessary coordinating with appropriate professionals.
2. Coordinate deliveries and external services.
3. Ensure a vigilant presence in common areas.
4. Carry out regular inspections of equipment and installations to identify problems
potential problems
5. Ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems, plumbing and other equipment.
6. Be the primary point of contact in the event of an emergency, including fires, floods, power outages, etc.
7. Coordinate evacuation procedures and first aid as necessary.
8. Supervise regular cleaning of outdoor areas such as parking areas, driveways, recreational areas, etc.
9. Coordinate the work of cleaning teams or directly carry out necessary tasks.
10. Ensure ownership of areas designated for waste sorting and elimination.
11. Monitor and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarms.
12. Any other related tasks

Requirements:
• Professional attitudes and behavior (skills for teamwork, autonomy, dynamism, interpersonal skills, honesty, versatility, sense of initiative, organizational skills, etc.);
• Written and verbal communication skills in French/English and Spanish (an asset);
• Knowledge of the basic principles of operating relevant computer systems,
• Love customer service,
• Very good time management;
• Have transparency, resourcefulness and courtesy,
• Good presentation, respectful of others and his work.
• Be able to lift equipment and other items up to 20kg

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time, 2 hours per day

Salary: $18.00/h
